Warehouse Associate

Job Description – Warehouse Associate Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Location: Horn lakes, MS Status: Full-time Overview We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shipping, picking, and receiving goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This person must be committed to continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving Prepare and ship customer orders accurately and on time. Receive incoming products, verify quantities, and inspect for damage. Complete all related paperwork and system entries. Picking & Inventory Pick orders efficiently and accurately according to pick lists. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and proper stock rotation. Report discrepancies or inventory issues promptly. Warehouse Maintenance Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Process Improvement Participate in identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes. Support implementation of new procedures and best practices. Equipment Operation Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed. Maintain valid forklift certification. Requirements Valid forklift license (mandatory). Experience in shipping, receiving, order picking, or general warehouse operations (preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lift [specify weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand/walk for extended periods. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
