Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Your proactive approach and strong work ethic will contribute to efficient distribution processes and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Assist with the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming shipments using warehouse management systems and inventory management software. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment such as forklifts when necessary. Load and unload trucks safely while adhering to shipping logistics protocols and trade compliance standards. Organize stock in designated areas through effective stocking techniques, ensuring easy access for order picking and packing. Conduct regular inventory counts to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies or damaged goods. Support shipping & receiving activities by preparing packages with proper labeling, packaging materials, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations when applicable.
