Warehouse Assistant

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Nuance Medical. The Warehouse Assistant will support daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and warehouse organization. We are seeking a dependable, detail oriented individual who can work efficiently in a fast paced warehouse and handle medical products with care and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Accurately track and organize incoming and outgoing medical devices and supplies, including labeling, scanning, and logging inventory. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are accurate and meet quality standards. Unload and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and accurately record inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and packaging equipment. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the Warehouse Manager when products need to be reordered. Follow all safety procedures and properly handle medical devices to prevent damage or contamination. Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory movements. Work closely with warehouse staff, shipping carriers, and the sales team to support timely deliveries. Help other departments as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Medical device or healthcare industry experience is a plus. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes. Knowledge of Bills of Lading. Forklift certification preferred. Experience with barcode scanners and shipping software preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Microsoft Office and Outlook experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
