Warehouse Assistant

Founded in 2004, Demeter Veterinary Services Inc. specializes in swine production and medicine. The majority of our customers are swine farmers across Canada. Job description Demeter Veterinary Services is looking for a motivated individual to assist with the daily duties for a veterinary pharmacy and warehouse. Daily duties may include, but are not limited to: - Processing pharmacy orders: logistics, packaging and planning deliveries - Receiving and warehousing - Inventory management -Minor cleaning duties to ensure a clean and safe workplace - Part time schedule (estimated 20-24 hours per week); Monday, Wedensday, Friday Qualifications: - strong work ethic and a desire to play an integral role in a growing business - valid driver's license - basic computer skills - excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - ability and willingness to take initiative and work independently Bonus Qualifications: - interest in the agriculture and food animal industry - warehousing experience Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: Extended health care Work Location: In person
