Warehouse and Sales Advisor

Emberley Fireplace is looking for a Warehouse and Sales Advisor with the passion for organization and customer service. Perform general warehouse duties, including cycle counting, getting parts ready for use, and loading/unloading trucks. Manage incoming shipments, ensuring all packages are accurately logged and tracked. Operate warehouse equipment including a forklift to facilitate heavy lifting and movement of stock. Participate in order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods with supporting documentation. Compare stock quantities in system against physical counts and investigate discrepancies. Assist customers in the retail store by providing in-depth product knowledge and answering questions. Providing quotations and follow up for customers inquiring on install and cash/carry sales for our extensive lines of Hearth Products. Process purchases, returns and exchanges. Answering phones. Operating POS System. Ideal skills for this role are customer service, inventory, warehouse operation, and showroom sales. Hours are 9am to 5pm. We offer a great salary, benefits, and income growth.
