Job Summary: The Warehouse and Logistics Associate – Driver supports Human-I-T’s operations by safely transporting donated technology and assisting with warehouse and logistics activities. This role combines professional driving with hands-on warehouse support, donor interaction, and strict adherence to safety, data security, and operational standards. The position plays a key role in maintaining efficient logistics operations while representing Human-I-T professionally during pickups and deliveries. Job Responsibilities / Duties: Safely operate company vehicles, including large non-CDL trucks, in compliance with transportation laws. Load, unload, and transport donated technology using proper handling techniques and equipment. Serve as a professional point of contact with donors during pickups and deliveries. Support warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, labeling, and staging technology. Pick, pack, palletize, and prepare outbound shipments as needed. Handle data-bearing components in accordance with data security protocols and SOPs. Maintain accurate route, inventory, and logistics records using assigned systems. Follow all safety, security, and operational guidelines. Job Specifications: This role requires a dependable individual who can balance professional driving responsibilities with physical warehouse work and customer-facing interactions. The associate must adhere strictly to safety, data security, and compliance standards while operating in a fast-paced logistics environment. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience Experience operating large non-CDL vehicles with a clean driving record required. Experience in warehouse or logistics roles preferred. This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs as an operational necessity to meet time-sensitive deadlines while maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards.
