Duties Coordinate between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of food orders Verify accuracy of orders before they are served to guests, checking for presentation and completeness Assist in organizing food plating and garnishing to meet quality standards Communicate effectively with cooks, servers, and management to resolve any order discrepancies or delays Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expeditor station to promote efficiency Support food safety protocols by handling dishes with care and adhering to hygiene standards Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary, including portioning or garnishing dishes Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality preferred Knowledge of kitchen procedures, food handling, and safety regulations Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with food preparation, serving, or banquet settings is a plus Familiarity with culinary techniques and food presentation standards Willingness to assist with bussing tables or other support tasks as needed Join us as a Waitress Expeditor and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
