Our client is seeking a Vendor Compliance & Operations Analyst to support vendor onboarding and compliance processes for managed facilities. This role focuses on reviewing vendor documentation, verifying insurance certificates, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure operational and compliance requirements are met.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Support the vendor onboarding and approval process from submission through approval
Review vendor insurance certificates and compliance documentation to ensure requirements are met
Communicate with vendors to resolve missing or incomplete documentation
Maintain accurate records of vendor approvals, renewals, and compliance status
Track compliance deadlines and assist with document renewals and updates
Work with internal operations teams to ensure vendors meet facility access requirements
Identify common compliance issues and assist with improving vendor onboarding processes
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in operations, compliance, vendor management, or administrative support
Experience reviewing documents such as insurance certificates, contracts, or compliance records
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Excellent communication skills when working with vendors and internal stakeholders
Comfortable managing multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tracking tools
Nice to Have
Experience reviewing Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
Exposure to vendor onboarding, compliance programs, or risk management processes
Background in real estate, construction, property management, or facilities operations
