Vehicle Acquisition Specialist
Page Manufacturing Inc.Job Overview As a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist, you’ll source vehicles and manage purchasing activities from supplier discussions through contract completion and inventory coordination. You’ll use procurement tools, market and pricing information, and clear communication to support reliable vehicle supply and efficient logistics. Your impact: Effective sourcing and contract management help keep suitable vehicles available for customers while supporting dependable supply chain operations. This is a profit-sharing role. Pay is in the form of a commission based on profit per vehicle sourced. Responsibilities Identify and evaluate vehicle sources; coordinate supplier management, purchasing, and direct negotiation procurement. Negotiate pricing and purchasing contracts, manage vendor contracts, and maintain accurate procurement contract records. Requirements Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, maintaining vehicle inventory. Demonstrated negotiation skills, including price negotiation, contract negotiation, and vendor contract management. Familiarity with ERP systems, purchasing management systems, and inventory management systems; SAP or Oracle EBS experience is preferred. Working knowledge of MRP, inventory control, logistics, and procurement management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel data analysis; team leadership experience is an asset.
