Villalobos Brothers Inc. is hiring Pick Up and Delivery Drivers for local FedEx Ground and Home Delivery routes out of our Santa Fe Springs (SFS) station. We are heading into peak season and drivers with an excellent work ethic may be offered a full-time spot next year. Part-time and weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) are also available. Driven for FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon DSP, Amazon Flex, Uber or Lyft? That experience helps, but it is not required. We want safe drivers with no tickets or accidents. Pay Starting pay $20/hr, up to $25/hr depending on experience and delivery volume (peak position) $800 to $1,200 per week depending on work ethic and service bonus What you will do Pre-trip and post-trip inspection of your delivery vehicle Load and arrange packages for deliveries and pick ups Fill out timesheets and sign-in sheets Attend safety meetings and keep your vehicle clean Help neighboring routes when needed What you need 21 years or older with a valid Class C driver's license Comfortable driving a 16 ft+ vehicle (1 year of experience in the past 3 years) Clean DMV record, no cell phone or handheld tickets Able to pass a drug test, DOT physical and FedEx driving test Able to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted (150 lbs with equipment) Able to complete online onboarding paperwork after an offer (computer or smartphone) Peak season hiring now.
