Warehouse / Receiving / Packaging Team Member

Overview Position Summary Responsible for receiving incoming shipments, maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area, and preparing outgoing sales and repair orders for shipment. Key Responsibilities · Inbound Receiving: Check in incoming packages and verify quantities and condition of items received. · Inventory Communication: Communicate the quantities and condition of inbound purchases to the appropriate team members. · Organization & Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping and receiving area. · Outbound Packaging: Package and prepare outbound sales orders and repair orders for shipment. · Shipping Communication: Communicate shipment status, issues, and other relevant information with the sales and administrative teams. · Quality control – Ability to evaluate and grade inbound items and communicate and process based on a condition scale. Carefully check outbound shipments for accuracy and discrepancies between physical orders and paperwork. · Inventory handling, locating, and management. This includes scheduled cycle counts, general inventory maintenance, and other tasks. · Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations and overall team success. Compensation Salary Range: $15–$18 per hour, based on experience. Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
