What you'll do: Serve as a client-facing support partner, managing complex cases from intake through resolution while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvements that enhance the customer experience. Identify and troubleshoot business process issues, distinguishing those requiring internal resolution from those needing external escalation. Analyze and report business metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements to enhance performance and decision-making. Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to implement effective business solutions aligned with organizational goals. Provide guidance on best practices and support continuous improvement efforts across teams. What you'll bring: Strong knowledge of retail operations, replenishment processes, inventory management, and key drivers impacting sales, in-stock levels, and operational performance. Proven ability to analyze retail metrics, develop reporting solutions, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business results. Experience supporting replenishment, forecasting, inventory health, service levels, and operational execution through data-driven insights. Skilled in root cause analysis, process improvement, and resolving complex operational challenges. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions.
