Immediate Openings with Independent Service Provider of FedEx Ground We are looking for dependable and motivated delivery drivers to join our growing team. Drivers will operate out of the Columbus FedEx Ground Station and deliver to residential and business locations within approximately a 50-mile radius. Pay: $25 - $29.5 per Hour . Home Daily. Paid Weekly. Training pay: $22.5 per hour, For 5 days Schedule: 5 days a week Provided : Step van, fuel, uniforms, scanners, hand-cart for heavy items Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 21 years of age Driver’s license and a clean driving record required No traffic citations in the last 36 months No citation for speed over 80 mph Ability to lift up to 125lbs regularly Requires High School Diploma or equivalent DOT physical, drug test and background checks Why drivers love working with us: Move All Day: 120–150 stops daily - a paycheck and a workout in one. What you'll do: Show up to the terminal on time, load/ organize your packages Inspect your vehicle before and after every shift Navigate 120–150 deliveries daily using GPS-optimized routes Handle all package sizes safely: no damage to goods, vehicle, or yourself Scan and log every pickup and drop-off accurately Represent the company well at every door you knock on Pre-Employment Requirements: All offers are conditional upon successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and physical examination. Candidates who refuse or fail any screening are not eligible to provide services. Background checks are conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.
