If you are interested then please reach out to us on (571) 800-8840 Compensation & Benefits: Pay $22.50 Paid Training, Overtime, and Paid Time Off Benefits - Medical, Dental, and vision $250 bonus, new hires must: 1) Must be on time 2) Have to work full time through February 2027 3) No callouts or no shows 4) Must be able to complete a route without rescue 4) No moving violations 5) No negative customer feedback 6) No accidents JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 11 hours long Ability to operate and navigate up to a 10,000-pound van Ability to effectively operate a GPS Ability to lift, push, pull, and sort boxes and packages up to 50 pounds each Capable of moving up and down stairs. Must accept text messages from Company managers and other authorized Company employees regarding your schedule, performance, and other Company matters on your personal cell phone GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Adhere to safety and quality standards on and off the road Interact in a positive and professional manner with customers and the general public while delivering products to customers' homes, retail, and business locations Follow up on customer requests or problems with a solution-oriented approach keeping customers informed of delivery progress Sort and prepare a delivery route to meet customer expectations Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times May assist in training other team members Where appropriate, carry out delivery station activities including sortation and general tasks Provide rescue assistance to other drivers once the driver has completed his/her route for the shift WORK ENVIRONMENT: Drives a delivery van up to 10,000 pounds to many customer residences and businesses, climbs in and out of the van, and walks up and down stairs as required to deliver packages according to established procedures in all weather conditions Flexibility is key; routes may vary and may be delayed due to traffic from on-road congestion, construction, or other factors Full-time hours consisting of 40+ hours a week (8-10 hours/day). There may be adjustments including, additional hours and potential schedule changes depending on the time of the year and peak seasons, and other factors Basic Requirements: Eligible to work in the U.S At least 21 years of age Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test Company Vehicle Provided!
