ConfidentialEssential Job Functions & Expected Outcomes: Your Accountabilities in the Role Maintaining High Quality and Efficiency (90% of the job) To load or unload parts on the powder coat line. To prep any part that needs it Get parts done in a timely fashion to meet the scheduled attainment goals of RCII Prep parts to be hung on the line I.E. Sanding, DA’ing or Scotchbriting. Ability to operate the burn off oven. Label or touch up parts as needed when they come off the line Use sequence list to ensure items are moving according to schedules Timely labor reporting for jobs completed in visual Mentoring & Training (5 % of the job) Lead by example Attend as needed safety Meetings Other Areas of responsibility (5% of the job) Ensure 5” s Assignments are complete Participate in lean manufacturing activities Follow RCII’s policies as outlined in handbook Create Ideas and solutions to work situations through problems solving The job criteria may include other duties, responsibilities and activities, which may change or be assigned at any item with or without notice. Position Requirements: Education: High School diploma/GED Experience: Combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge and abilities . Certification(s): N/A Functional Skills: Ability to read blueprints and use all kinds of measuring devices, use of small hand tools, Be able to follow work instructions written.
