Uniform Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary Fraylich School Uniforms is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Uniform Inventory Coordinator to manage merchandise records, monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment activities, and support efficient inventory operations. The successful candidate will help ensure that school uniforms, apparel, and related products are properly tracked, organized, and available to meet customer demand. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, inventory management experience, and an interest in retail or apparel operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels for school uniforms, apparel, and related products. Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems. Track product quantities, sizes, colors, and styles. Coordinate stock replenishment based on sales activity and customer demand. Receive, inspect, and record incoming merchandise shipments. Verify product quantities against purchase orders and delivery documents. Organize inventory storage areas for efficient product identification. Monitor low-stock, excess-stock, and discontinued merchandise. Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability and delivery schedules. Assist with periodic stock counts and inventory audits. Investigate inventory discrepancies and report unusual variations. Prepare inventory reports for management review. Support order fulfillment by ensuring requested products are available. Follow established procedures for merchandise handling and stock rotation. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in inventory coordination, retail operations, or warehouse administration is an advantage. Familiarity with inventory management software and spreadsheets. Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple inventory tasks and deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic understanding of purchasing and stock replenishment procedures. Ability to organize and handle merchandise safely. Preferred Skills Experience with clothing, apparel, or school uniform inventory. Knowledge of product sizing, labeling, and stock categorization. Familiarity with purchase orders and supplier coordination. Inventory auditing and discrepancy resolution. Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Work Environment The Uniform Inventory Coordinator will work in a retail, stockroom, or inventory administration environment. Daily responsibilities may include checking merchandise deliveries, updating inventory records, organizing products, and coordinating with sales and management teams. The role may involve standing, moving merchandise, and occasionally lifting stock.
