Bilingual forklift driver/team lead

Job Summary As a Bilingual Forklift Driver/Team Lead, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving safely and efficiently. You’ll operate lift trucks and other material handling equipment, coordinate daily work, and communicate clearly with team members in both required languages. Your impact: Accurate, safe handling helps warehouse teams fulfill orders and deliver shipments reliably. Duties Operate forklifts, Hi-Los, reach trucks, clamp trucks, order pickers, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks to load, unload, move, and stage materials. Lead and support team members with order picking, shipping and receiving, and warehouse distribution tasks. Use barcode scanning and a warehouse management system to track inventory and maintain accurate records. Follow forklift safety protocols, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, and production safety standards; report equipment issues and assist with basic repairs. Perform manual handling and heavy lifting as needed while maintaining an organized work area. Requirements Bilingual communication skills in the languages required for the role. Forklift and heavy equipment operation skills, including safe material handling and equipment operation. Warehouse experience; knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and warehouse management systems. Basic math skills and familiarity with barcode scanning for logistics. Warehouse supervisor experience is preferred. Ability to follow safety procedures and handle physical tasks, including heavy lifting, is required.
