Location: Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, PA Job Type: Part-Time/Contract Salary: $15 per hour (1099) Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to support our team in understanding and navigating regulations related to age restrictions on tobacco and vape products. This position is ideal for individuals who are interested in gaining experience in regulatory compliance, public health, and law enforcement. Key Responsibilities: Compliance Monitoring: Help track and report on compliance efforts related to age restrictions for tobacco and vape products. Reporting: Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal use and regulatory submissions. Field Observations: Conduct surveys or field observations, if permitted, to gather information on compliance practices in retail environments. Qualifications: . Education: Currently enrolled in high school or higher education institution. Skills: Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills. Ethics: High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices. Background Check: Applicants 18 and older must pass a background check. Additional Information: Training: On-the-job training will be provided. Hours: Flexible part-time hours to accommodate school schedules.
