Trucking Safety Coordinator

Job Summary FIERI SB Inc. is looking for an organized and dependable Trucking Safety Coordinator to support our fleet and help keep our drivers and company safety records on track. We operate a fleet of company trucks and are looking for someone who communicates well with drivers, follows through on details, and is comfortable handling safety and compliance paperwork. Responsibilities Maintain and organize driver qualification files and safety records Track MVRs, licenses, medical cards, and required driver training Help monitor hours-of-service and ELD issues Maintain inspection, maintenance, and accident documentation Assist with drug and alcohol program records and Clearinghouse processes Communicate safety requirements and follow up with drivers Help prepare records for audits, insurance requests, and claims Qualifications Trucking, transportation, safety, or DOT compliance experience preferred Strong organization and communication skills Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online record systems Able to handle confidential driver and company information Must be dependable and detail-oriented To apply: Submit your resume through Indeed.
