Flower Shop Delivery Driver (either using our car or yours)

Responsibilities Safely operate a personal vehicle or company-provided van or box truck to deliver floral arrangements across designated routes Load and unload flowers, vases, and delivery supplies using proper manual handling techniques and heavy lifting practices Follow all traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations during route driving to ensure safety and compliance Accurately verify delivery addresses, obtain signatures when required, and communicate effectively with customers upon delivery Maintain a clean, organized vehicle to ensure flowers arrive in pristine condition Use mobile devices or delivery apps to navigate routes, update delivery statuses, and report any issues promptly Assist in warehouse operations when not on deliveries, including material handling and moving inventory using equipment like pallet jacks Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with flower shop or retail experience Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial truck driving or van driving is a plus Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (manual handling skills are essential) Familiarity with warehouse operations, material handling equipment operation, and heavy lifting techniques Knowledge of safe lifting practices and adherence to workplace weight handling standards Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Ability to follow detailed routes and schedules efficiently using mobile devices or GPS systems Prior experience with commercial driving regulations such as DOT compliance is advantageous Join us in delivering happiness—your energy and dedication will help create memorable moments for our customers while enjoying a dynamic work environment that values safety, teamwork, and excellent service!
