Inland Truck Parts & Service is looking to hire a Diesel Mechanic / Truck Technician in Omaha. A minimum of two years of experience is strongly preferred. Pay: General range starting at $25.00–$35.00/hour, depending on experience. We are an employee-owned company with 37 locations in 12 states. Requirements: Must be able to pass a drug test and pre-hire physical. Must have a toolbox with tools. Job Responsibilities for a Service Technician / Diesel Mechanic: Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00, NO WEEKENDS! Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Class 6 to Class 8 heavy-duty trucks. Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting capabilities within all medium/heavy-duty truck components (e.g., hydraulics, engines, electrical, drive train, suspension, HVAC, braking systems, etc.). Proactively maintain a safe and clean work environment. Work independently, as well as part of a team.
