Non-CDL Truck Driver / Warehouse Coordinator Location: Carlstadt, NJ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Job Summary Specialized Elevator Corporation is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Truck Driver / Warehouse Coordinator to support our Carlstadt operations. This position combines local delivery with warehouse responsibilities, including transporting and handling elevator equipment and materials throughout the North Jersey/NYC metro area. The position operates a 25,000-pound box truck with liftgate and smaller company vehicles as needed. Essential Job Functions Operate company box trucks and smaller vehicles safely Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment and materials Deliver materials to mechanics, customers, vendors, and job sites Use GPS/navigation to complete delivery routes Perform pickups as needed and communicate with the Warehouse Manager Inspect and maintain assigned vehicles; report any issues Load and unload incoming materials, including UPS/FedEx deliveries Organize warehouse materials and maintain clean, orderly storage areas Assist with inventory counts and records Use hand trucks, dollies, floor jacks, and liftgate equipment Follow all traffic and company safety procedures Perform other duties as assigned Requirements 3+ years of box truck driving and warehouse experience Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to obtain and maintain a non-CDL DOT medical card Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment GPS/navigation skills Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed What We're Looking For A dependable, safety-focused individual who is comfortable driving, handling heavy materials, and working in a warehouse environment . Experience with construction sites, commercial buildings, or job-site deliveries is a plus. Elevator industry experience is not required.
