Truck Driver Recruiting and Safety Coordinator Condor Express Work setting: In person, office-based About the position Condor Express is looking for a dependable, organized team member to support truck driver recruiting, safety administration, and driver records. You will communicate with prospective and current drivers, coordinate hiring appointments, maintain paperwork, and help track mileage and fuel information. This position requires someone who responds quickly, pays attention to details, and follows through on tasks without constant reminders. Responsibilities Driver recruiting and hiring Respond promptly to driver inquiries and applications by phone, text, and email. Conduct initial phone conversations to collect information about driving experience, qualifications, availability, and employment preferences. Explain available opportunities and company hiring requirements. Collect applications and hiring documents, review them for completeness, and follow up on missing information. Schedule interviews and pre-employment drug tests, provide instructions, and confirm completion. Maintain contact with candidates throughout the hiring process. Keep accurate recruiting records and update management on each candidate’s progress. Assist with onboarding and personnel paperwork. Safety administration and driver support Help maintain organized driver qualification files and safety records. Track expiration dates for driver licenses, medical certificates, and other required documents. Communicate with drivers about missing paperwork, upcoming deadlines, and company safety procedures. Coordinate safety-related appointments and follow-up tasks as directed by management. Collect and organize inspection reports, incident documentation, and other safety paperwork. Bring missing documents, approaching deadlines, and safety concerns to management’s attention. Handle driver and applicant information confidentially. Mileage tracking and IFTA support Collect and review driver trip, mileage, and fuel records. Track miles traveled by state and organize supporting fuel receipts. Contact drivers to resolve missing information or discrepancies. Prepare organized mileage and fuel summaries to support IFTA reporting. Maintain accurate spreadsheets and records for management review. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking regularly with drivers. Excellent organization, accuracy, and follow-through. Comfortable working with numbers, mileage totals, and spreadsheets. Ability to manage multiple applicants, appointments, and deadlines. Proficiency with email, calendars, online forms, and basic office software. Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with management. Professional, patient, and respectful when answering questions and resolving issues. Experience in trucking office administration, driver recruiting, safety support, HR administration, or IFTA recordkeeping is preferred. Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA requirements is a plus. What success looks like Prospective drivers receive timely responses, hiring appointments stay on schedule, records remain accurate and current, and missing information is followed up on promptly. Management can clearly see each applicant’s status and any outstanding driver paperwork or reporting tasks. Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Language: Russian (Preferred) Ukrainian (Preferred) Work Location: In person
