ONE HOLDINGHIRING INDEPENDENT OWNER-OPERATOR RECRUITERS REMOTE | FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE | UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL We are looking for independent, results-driven recruiters who can generate their own leads, find qualified owner-operators, and bring them to our company. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity . No fixed hours, no office attendance, no minimum lead requirements, and no earning limits. You work independently, set your own schedule, and get paid for every qualified owner-operator you successfully bring to our company. RECRUITER COMMISSION $1,000 — For each owner-operator with their own truck and one driver. $1,750 — For each team owner-operator with their own truck and two drivers. Payment is issued after the recruited owner-operator completes 3 weeks of work with our company. Actual earnings depend on results and payment timing. There is NO CAP on commissions. The more qualified owner-operators you recruit, the more you earn. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Independently find and contact owner-operators interested in joining our company. Generate your own leads through lawful recruiting channels, including social media, referrals, trucking groups, advertisements, and personal connections. Explain our owner-operator opportunities, compensation options, routes, and requirements. Collect and submit the following information: Owner-operator's full name Phone number Email address Truck registration documents Number of drivers (solo or team) Preferred routes and home-time schedule Refer qualified candidates to our hiring team for verification, onboarding, and approval. Your responsibility is to bring qualified owner-operators. Our company handles the hiring process, qualification review, and onboarding. WHAT WE OFFER OWNER-OPERATORS OPTION 1 — 12% DISPATCH FEE Owner-operator retains 88% of gross revenue $650 weekly fee covering trailer, administration, insurance-related services (cargo and trailer liability), and ELD OPTION 2 — WORRY-FREE PACKAGE Owner-operator retains 80% of gross revenue 20% company fee under our worry-free package Package inclusions and applicable terms explained during onboarding ADDITIONAL BENEFITS $0.20 per gallon fuel discount at designated fuel stations Dedicated routes available OTR opportunities available nationwide Home-daily opportunities in select markets, including Knoxville, TN; Dallas, TX; and Detroit, MI Flexible OTR schedules — stay out for 1 week, 2 weeks, or longer based on preference and available freight No forced extended OTR schedule 1099 independent contractor arrangements Light freight — targeted loads of no more than 25,000 lbs No-touch freight Multiple operating options based on driver preference and route availability OWNER-OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS Must own or provide their own truck Drivers must have at least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience No DUI history No disqualifying accidents or major traffic violations Must meet company safety, insurance, and qualification requirements Solo and team owner-operators welcome WHAT YOU NEED TO START Your own phone Ability to communicate with owner-operators Ability to find and generate leads independently Basic understanding of trucking and owner-operator recruitment Motivation to earn based on results No office.
