Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to pick, pack, load, and unload merchandise safely and efficiently Use barcode scanning technology to accurately track inventory movements and ensure precise order fulfillment Manage inventory levels within warehouse management systems, conducting regular stock checks and updating records accordingly Prepare orders by selecting items from shelves using order picker techniques and ensuring proper packaging for shipment Maintain safety protocols by using personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering to manual handling procedures, and following heavy equipment operation guidelines Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipments against documentation and inspecting goods for quality control Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and ensuring the workspace remains clean and organized Qualifications Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, or similar heavy machinery Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, barcode scanning for logistics, and RF scanners Strong understanding of warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, stock replenishment, and quality control Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely while following safety protocols Basic math skills for counting inventory accurately and processing shipments efficiently Prior warehouse experience or warehouse supervisor experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety compliance and quality standards Join us in delivering exceptional service through efficient warehouse operations!
