Truck Driver/Mover

Job Title: White Glove Driver – Join Our Team! About the Job: We’re looking for strong, reliable, and positive people to provide top-tier moving services to both residential and commercial customers. You’ll be lifting, loading, and unloading furniture and boxes—basically getting your workout while you work! Our team handles high-value, delicate items with the utmost care, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and stress-free moving experience. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Class E or CDL Driver to join our team and uphold our commitment to excellence! No two days are the same, and you’ll work with a great crew that’s all about teamwork and good attitudes. What You’ll Do: Wrap and move household items with care. Load and unload the moving truck safely and efficiently. Disassemble and reassemble furniture when needed. Work with your crew to make moves smooth and stress-free. Keep things safe—both for you and the customer’s belongings. Use forklifts and pallet jacks to help load and unload stuff safely. Drive company vehicles on your route, making sure deliveries and pickups happen on time. Be friendly and helpful with customers—answer questions and solve problems when they come up. Keep and maintain accurate driving logs, as well as accurate delivery records. Help keep the warehouse neat, organized, and safe. Work with your team to get things done quickly and keep the day moving. What We’re Looking For: Must be, at least, 21 years old. A valid drivers license with no recent moving violations (within the past 3 years) is required. A valid Class E or CDL license is required. Ability to pass a basic background check. Able to lift and carry 50lbs repeatedly. Good stamina and a positive attitude. Shows up on time, ready to work. Team player with humility...willing to help wherever needed. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for this role. Knows how to treat customers right—friendly, helpful, and professional. Communicate easily with both customers and team members. Works well solo or with a team, even when things get busy. Okay with a flexible schedule (Saturdays can happen). Pays attention to the little details and keeps things organized. Experience driving a box truck is a big plus. Benefits: Hourly pay + tips (our customers take good care of our crews). Paid training.
