Truck Driver - Full-Time

Role: Responsible for safely and efficiently transporting products via tractor-trailer to customers, ensuring proper delivery, unloading, and adherence to safety and food safety protocols. Unload products manually or using equipment, placing items according to customer specifications and handling products to prevent contamination. Complete all required paperwork accurately, including logs, inspections, invoices, and reports, ensuring compliance with company and governmental standards. Maintain sanitation and proper temperatures in delivery vehicles and assist with warehouse cleanliness. Build strong customer relationships through courteous service and effective communication. Operate various equipment including tractor-trailers, straight trucks, onboard computers, and hand carts. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience or completion of a driving school. Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License and insurability. Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hazmat guidelines, and safe delivery practices. Ability to operate large vehicles in diverse conditions, solve problems, and communicate effectively in English. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, climb in/out of trailers, and perform related tasks. Work Environment & Physical Demands: Exposure to various weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and confined spaces; requires alertness, physical strength, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
