Truck Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable CDL and non-CDL OTR (Over-the-Road) Box Truck Driver to join our dynamic logistics team in the Raleigh and Greenville, NC areas. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a box truck to deliver goods efficiently across designated routes. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will ensure timely deliveries, excellent customer service, and smooth warehouse operations. Duties Safely operate a box truck for local and regional deliveries, adhering strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment while following safe lifting practices Inspect vehicles regularly to ensure proper maintenance and safety standards are met Manage delivery schedules efficiently by planning routes using mobile devices and GPS tools to optimize time and fuel usage Provide excellent customer service by delivering goods accurately and professionally, addressing any delivery concerns with a positive attitude Document delivery details, including signatures, delivery times, and any issues encountered during routes Assist with warehouse operations when needed, including inventory management, material handling, and moving items within the warehouse environment Requirements Experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles DOT Medical Card Proven delivery driver experience with a focus on route driving and adhering to traffic regulations ELD Logging experience Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, including manual handling and moving heavy loads Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles Strong knowledge of DOT regulations related to weight handling, hours of service, and safety standards in the workplace Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor during deliveries Physical ability to lift heavy items safely and perform manual handling tasks regularly Comfortable working with mobile devices for route navigation and communication Prior experience in courier or load & unload roles is highly desirable Join our team as an OTR Box Truck Driver and become an essential part of our logistics network!
