Local Home Daily CDL-A Truck Driver (Flatbed & Reefer) 3D Enterprises LLC Pay: $1,200–$2,000 per week (Based on experience, trailer type, freight, performance, and qualifications) 3D Enterprises LLC is hiring experienced, safety-focused CDL-A drivers for local home-daily routes. We run consistent freight with reliable weekly pay, strong performance bonuses, and 24/7 dispatch support. Our drivers are home every night. Current Openings Flatbed Reefer Compensation & Bonuses $1,200–$2,000 per week based on experience, trailer type, freight volume, and performance Home daily — no overnight runs Weekly direct deposit Consistent freight and dedicated local work Fuel card provided 24/7 dispatch and driver support Bonus Structure (examples — confirm exact amounts with your team): Sign-on bonus — up to $1,000–$1,500 after meeting tenure requirements (e.g., 90 days) Safety & performance bonus — paid weekly or monthly for clean driving records and on-time performance Clean DOT inspection bonus — $50–$150 per clean inspection (Level 1 preferred) Driver referral bonus — $500–$1,000 per successful hire who stays 90+ days Retention / loyalty bonus — paid at 6-month and 12-month milestones On-time delivery bonus — for consistent, professional deliveries Fuel efficiency / idle reduction bonus (where applicable) Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle on local and dedicated routes Haul flatbed or refrigerated freight in assigned service areas Complete pickups and deliveries on time and professionally Secure flatbed loads to FMCSA cargo securement standards Monitor reefer temperatures and equipment as required Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required paperwork Communicate proactively with dispatch on load status, delays, and equipment issues Represent 3D Enterprises LLC professionally with customers Return home daily after completing assigned work Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Current DOT Medical Card Professional attitude and strong safety focus Flatbed and/or reefer experience preferred Reliable communication and punctuality Ability to complete local/dedicated routes consistently Why Drive With 3D Enterprises?
