Truck Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable Truck Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial trucks to transport freight, including refrigerated goods, hazardous materials, and various cargo types across designated routes. Your expertise in navigation, load handling, and adherence to safety regulations will ensure timely deliveries and exceptional service. Responsibilities Safely operate dry van by following all FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Plan and execute over-the-road (OTR) driving routes using GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery schedules. Load and unload freight efficiently while adhering to logistics cargo handling procedures and safety standards. Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of trucks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for each trip, including load & unload records. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements Proven 2years of experience in commercial truck driving, including delivery driving and route driving. Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) Demonstrated ability to operate manual transmission trucks and tractor-trailers safely. Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, hazardous materials regulations, and DOT safety standards. Experience with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or automobile transportation is highly desirable. Familiarity with GPS navigation systems for route planning on over-the-road routes. Ability to comply with all safety protocols related to dangerous goods transportation and truck driving regulations.
