Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks including tractor-trailers, and flatbeds. Plan routes using GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency Ensuring cargo is secured properly according to logistics cargo handling standards Comply with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), DOT (Department of Transportation), handling protocols. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and vehicle inspections in accordance with DOT regulations Conduct routine vehicle inspections before, during, and after trips; report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly Communicate effectively with dispatch teams for route updates or delivery instructions; utilize GPS navigation for route adjustments when needed Qualifications Proven 2 years experience in commercial truck driving, including delivery driving and route driving with a focus on freight transportation Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) Class A passport, valid medical card, must be able to pass a drug and background test. Demonstrated ability to operate manual transmission trucks safely and confidently Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT regulations, and safety standards for truck driving Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance; ability to follow detailed routes using GPS navigation systems Physical stamina to handle long hours on the road; Embark on a rewarding career where your skills drive success!
