There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities-: -Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions -Professionalism in customer service -Load and unload goods -Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials -Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment -Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle -Receive and relay information to central dispatch -Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption -Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo -Credentials-: AZ class license Air Brake (Z) Endorsement -Experience and specialization-: Documentation knowledge Driver logbook Maintenance and repair reports Trip reports -Transportation/travel experience International Long-haul National -Additional information Security and safety Driving record check (abstract) Work conditions and physical capabilities Attention to detail Handling heavy loads Large workload Physically demanding Repetitive tasks Sitting -Who can apply for this job?
