Duties Safely operate commercial trucks, including manual transmission, ensuring compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Load and unload freight efficiently using the proper switches/buttons/levers while adhering to safety protocols for any one around or near your commercial truck. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify truck condition, report maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards. You must maintain daily, DOT Inspection logs and timesheets. Communicate effectively with dispatch to coordinate job adjustments. Experience Class B required. No experience required. Ability to operate trucks with manual transmission confidently. Starting Hourly Pay is $28.66 per hour plus $21.41 in benefits. Hourly Pay will increase to $35.82 after 1st year.
