Job Summary We are looking for an experienced truck driver to deliver lumber and building materials to our clients’ jobsites in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. The ideal candidate has a current CDL, lumber delivery experience, and has driven a truck-mounted forklift in the past. However, we are willing to train the right candidate. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday. Hours depend on your delivery schedule, but you can expect to be home every evening. Our drivers do not drive long distances. Routes are typically short and local. You are You enjoy being on the road and have a current CDL with a clean driving record. You’re punctual, reliable, and organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage your time effectively to meet delivery schedules. You are very safety conscious. You are in good physical condition. You have no problem hopping on top of a truck bed or lifting heavy objects from time to time. You are service-oriented with good people skills. You have a knack for making customers happy. Responsibilities Deliver lumber and building materials to local clients safely, efficiently, and on time Follow safety protocols while operating truck and portable forklift Qualifications Candidates for this position are safety oriented, and have current class-A or class-B driver’s licenses with clean driving records. These candidates are in good physical condition. They have the ability to climb up into a cab of a truck and onto the top of the bed of the truck, and they may occasionally need to lift objects. Must have good people skills and are service-oriented. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
