Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Truck and Coach Technician to join our maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy-duty trucks, coaches, and industrial equipment. Your expertise will ensure our fleet operates safely, efficiently, and reliably, supporting our commitment to exceptional service delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on work with diverse machinery and the chance to develop your mechanical skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on trucks, coaches, and heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed to repair or modify equipment components Operate power tools and hand tools safely to disassemble, repair, or assemble vehicle parts Heavy lifting of parts and equipment using appropriate lifting devices or heavy machinery operation skills Maintain detailed service records and update maintenance logs accurately Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and adherence to safety protocols Skills Proven dealership or heavy equipment maintenance experience with a focus on trucks and coaches Strong mechanical knowledge across automotive repair, industrial equipment, and heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery Proficiency in reading schematics and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems Hands-on experience with welding techniques and fabrication processes Ability to operate heavy equipment including cranes, excavators, forklifts, and other industrial machinery safely Familiarity with HVAC systems related to vehicle climate control is a plus Excellent customer service skills for interacting professionally with clients or internal teams Knowledge of power tools, hand tools, maintenance procedures, and assembly techniques Join us in delivering top-tier service by maintaining our fleet’s safety and reliability!
