Handling commercial vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury claims, and wrongful death litigation. Working with accident reconstruction specialists and other expert witnesses. Managing discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Advising on litigation strategy, liability exposure, and settlement considerations.
