l be responsible for operating a company vehicle to transport patients to their scheduled appointments, including medical offices, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. You will be expected to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their families. Your attention to detail and ability to navigate through heavy traffic will be essential in ensuring the safety of our patients.
Responsibilities:
• Safely transport patients to and from their scheduled appointments, following designated routes and timed schedules
• Monitor patient well-being and report any concerns to the facility staff
• Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, including time spent in transit and any issues encountered
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
Requirements:
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• High school diploma or equivalent required
