As a Class B Driver, you'll be an important part of that team, delivering products safely and reliably to our locations and customers. This is a great opportunity for a professional driver who takes pride in their work, enjoys being on the road, and understands the importance of safe and dependable deliveries. You'll represent Good Oil every time you get behind the wheel and at every location you visit. What You'll Do Safely operate Class B commercial vehicles and related equipment Deliver products to Good Oil locations and customers Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Safely load, unload, and handle products according to company procedures Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety requirements Verify products, quantities, and delivery documentation Maintain accurate delivery, mileage, and transportation records Communicate with dispatch, store teams, customers, and management Complete assigned routes efficiently and on schedule Report vehicle, equipment, delivery, or customer concerns promptly Maintain a clean and professional vehicle and work environment Provide friendly and professional service at each delivery Assist with other transportation and operational needs as needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a safe, reliable, and responsible driver who takes pride in providing great service. We're looking for someone who is: Safety-focused and dependable Punctual and organized Comfortable working independently Professional and courteous with customers and coworkers Detail-oriented and committed to accurate deliveries A clear and effective communicator Comfortable with physical work associated with loading and unloading Willing to take responsibility for their vehicle, equipment, and deliveries Qualifications Valid Class B CDL required Clean and acceptable driving record Current DOT medical certification as required Previous commercial driving experience preferred Appropriate endorsements based on assigned vehicle and products Ability to pass required DOT, drug, and background screening Ability to safely perform required loading, unloading, and delivery duties Good Benefits Paid Weekly Additional Compensation: Eligible performance-based wage increases, subject to program requirements Health & Wellness Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision life and other insurance options, subject to eligibility Retirement Benefits: Retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility Paid Time Off: PTO and applicable paid leave benefits Keep Good Oil Moving Every delivery matters.
