Trailer Technician – Experienced Only | No Weekends | AAA Culture | Pompano Beach

We're looking for an experienced trailer technician who can take a beat-up trailer and put it back on the road: floors, roofs, panels, brakes, lights, the whole thing. Before you apply, please know this is for seasoned trailer techs with 5+ years of hands-on experience who can work on their own. This is not an apprentice or helper role. THE WORK: Trailer rebuilds and structural repair: roofs, side panels, posts, cross members, rear frames Redecking: hardwood and composite floor replacement Doors, hinges, latches, seals, and landing gear Lights, wiring, and electrical troubleshooting, including ABS Brakes, air systems, and air-leak repairs Suspension, axles, wheel bearings, seals, and wheel ends Welding, riveting, and fabrication PMs and DOT inspections Box-body and liftgate repair a plus HERE'S WHAT WE'RE OFFERING: ✓ PAY THAT REWARDS YOUR SKILLS. $25–$40/hour based on experience and what you can handle on your own W-2 with benefits from day 1 Solid benefits (health insurance, vision, dental, life) 1 week vacation after one year Uniforms provided by Cintas 1 pair of work boots and 3 haircuts per year reimbursed (after trial period) ASE testing reimbursement (after trial period) Service advisors who sell your work and keep you busy ✓ 5-DAY WORK WEEK (NO WEEKENDS!) – Monday through Friday. We work on what comes through the door: Class 3–8 trucks, trailers, equipment, and buses of every make and model. We're growing fast and we need people who take pride in the work.
