Traffic Management Operations Manager

Traffic Management Operations Manager Criterion Corporation is seeking an experienced temporary Traffic Management Operations Manager for its current base operations support contract at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station. Position requires at least three years of experience in the last 10 years in a traffic management organization responsible for freight movement and passenger services. Position will oversee the Small Air Terminal Operations and provide adequate coverage to ensure support is provided during hours when the operations flight schedule dictates coverage. Traffic Management Operations Manager responsibilities include: · Oversee Syncada system administration services · Oversee the design and implementation of reusable container program · Oversee offloading/loading of Surface Commercial/Government Carriers · Oversee material received and validate against receipt documents · Oversee inbound/outbound cargo · Oversee the completion of surface travel plans including determining travel mode, coordinating excess baggage, weapons or other special requirements · Oversee the Space Available program · Provide sufficient qualified personnel to operate the Cargo Deployment Function, passenger manifesting, QC, load planning and Transportation representatives for deployment support · Support joint inspections for all cargo movements in support of base exercises, contingencies and deployments · Oversee scale calibration · Oversee training program REQUIREMENTS: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent Must be Hazardous Cargo certified Must be able to qualify and maintain the appropriate “ Secret Security” Clearance (Provided) Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening & physical Must possess a valid state's driver's license Must have knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook or similar programs Experience with Syncada and AFSITS is preferred. Aircraft loading/unloading qualification is preferred. COMPENSATION: We offer a competitive salary and benefits. Salary will be negotiable based on experience.
