What You Will Do Monitor Shipments: Track freight movement using GPS and transportation management software. Driver Communication: Maintain regular contact with drivers for location and status updates. Problem Solve: Identify transit delays and proactively resolve delivery issues. Customer Service: Provide accurate, real-time shipment updates to clients and internal teams. Data Entry: Log arrival, departure, and check-call times accurately in our system. What We Need Availability: Must be able to work fixed evening shifts and weekends. Reliability: Someone who takes ownership of their shift and works well independently. Experience: 1+ years is and asset in logistics, dispatch, or customer service preferred (we will train the right candidate). Tech Savvy: Proficiency with dispatch software (TMS) and Google Workspace.
