Day Shift 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (Includes one-hour lunch) Night Shift 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (Includes one-hour lunch) What You will Do As a Track & Trace Coordinator, you'll play an important role in ensuring freight moves safely and on time. Your responsibilities include: Monitoring shipments from pickup through delivery Communicating with customers, drivers and carriers Proactively identifying and resolving shipment delays Updating shipment information within our transportation systems Coordinating with dispatch and operations teams Maintaining accurate shipment records and documentation Providing exceptional customer service while solving transportation challenges Every day is different, making this an exciting role for someone who enjoys multitasking and problem-solving. What We are Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Organized and detail-oriented A strong communicator Customer-focused Able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers and learning new software Motivated to learn and grow Experience The following are considered assets but are not required : Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch or customer service Knowledge of Canada, USA and Mexico geography Experience with Microsoft Office Experience using transportation software or GPS systems Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business If you're eager to learn and have the right attitude, we'd still love to hear from you.
