Position Summary As the TPM Practice Leader, you will lead and grow Adonis Partners’ Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practice while also serving as a senior client-facing practitioner. You will lead a team of TPM practitioners, set the practice’s standards and delivery approach, coach and develop practitioners, and ensure high-quality outcomes across client engagements. This is a consulting leadership role that combines practice leadership, people leadership, client engagement, and hands-on delivery. You will work directly with executive leadership, plant management, maintenance and operations teams, and frontline employees to assess current performance, develop TPM roadmaps, lead implementation, build client capability, and deliver measurable operational and financial results. Key Responsibilities TPM Practice Leadership · Own the development and evolution of Adonis Partners’ TPM practice, including methodologies, tools, standards, and delivery playbooks. · Establish consistent TPM approaches, assessment frameworks, implementation roadmaps, and deliverables across client engagements. aligned with JIPM (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance) principles and practices. · Set quality standards for TPM consulting delivery and ensure practitioners apply the practice methodology effectively. · Build the TPM practice’s capabilities, intellectual property, training materials, case studies, and reusable client solutions. · Partner with company leadership on practice strategy, resource planning, pipeline development, and growth opportunities.
