Towing Dispatcher

We are looking for an experienced, dependable dispatcher to join our growing towing and roadside assistance team! This is a 7am to 3pm shift!!! Our company handles a high volume of AAA roadside assistance and towing calls , and we're looking for someone who can keep our drivers organized, manage calls efficiently, and provide excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities Dispatch AAA towing and roadside assistance calls. Monitor incoming AAA calls and assign drivers efficiently. Communicate with tow truck drivers and battery service technicians. Track driver locations, ETAs, and call statuses. Manage multiple calls in a fast-paced environment. Update dispatch systems and maintain accurate call records. Communicate professionally with AAA representatives and customers. Help ensure response times and service standards are met. Coordinate with management to keep daily operations running smoothly. Qualifications Previous towing or AAA dispatch experience preferred. Experience with Towbook or similar dispatch software is a plus. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes. Good computer and phone skills. Dependable, organized, and punctual. Knowledge of Massachusetts roads and surrounding areas is a plus. Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
