This is a full-time, commission-based role (tow calls) with 5 days a week on 12-hour on-call shifts. If you're eager to maximize your earnings, you have the option to pick up a 6th day for extra cash. Key Responsibilities:
• Safely towing vehicles to ensure secure and efficient transport.
• Loading and unloading cargo and vehicles with precision.
• Delivering roadside assistance services like lockouts, tire changes, jump starts, winch outs, and fuel delivery to get customers back on the road quickly.
• Reporting any issues or incidents promptly to the appropriate supervisor for smooth operations.
• Conducting thorough inspections of your truck before and after each trip to maintain safety standards.
• Navigating routes effectively using Google Maps and our cloud-based towing software.
• Providing exceptional customer service – because making a positive impact is at the heart of what we do!
Qualifications We're Looking For:
• Previous experience is a plus – but your drive matters most!
• Ability to handle a physical workload in a dynamic environment.
• A strong work ethic to keep up with the demands of the job.
• A somewhat clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Must pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to pass a drug screen (yes, that includes marijuana) – note that a drug test is required before advancing to training. If you're unable to pass, we kindly ask that you do not apply.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
