Tow Truck Driver
Road Runner Road Assist Towing<p>Each candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to AAA members. You will be responsible for assisting AAA members that have requested their vehicle be towed. It will be your responsibility to take photos of all vehicles prior to servicing them and after service has been completed. Likewise, your responsibilities will include assisting members with lockouts, tire changes, jump starts and fuel delivery. You will be required to maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or greater as, the member will receive a survey after each service call. Automotive experience is preferred and, training will be provided. All applicants must have a validate drivers license with a good driving record and be able to pass a background check. Your total compensation depends on your individual results. Earnings are directly tied to your productivity and the number of calls you service each day. The role offers uncapped potential based on your contribution. Your growth and earnings reflect the effort you invest.
