Tow Operator

Job description 2 shifts open - 2:30pm - 10:30pm and 4:30pm to 12:30am. These are Monday through Friday shifts. Both positions require on call every other weekend. Each shift is opposing weekends. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Boise, ID and Servicing the Treasure Valley for a Tow Operator/Parking Enforcement Agent. The role involves operating tow trucks to impound and transport vehicles, conducting parking enforcement duties, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate documentation, adhering to Directive, Procedures and safety regulations, communicating effectively with clients and team members, and maintaining equipment in excellent working condition. Qualifications Strong organizational and documentation skills for accurately recording vehicle information Customer service and communication skills to interact with clients professionally Ability to remain professional while working well under pressure and in varying weather conditions Valid driver’s license, at least 24 years old (For Insurance purposes) a clean driving record Pass a pre-employment and random drug screens. Physical fitness to perform job duties, including standing, lifting, and working outdoors Previous experience in towing or parking enforcement is preferred but not required Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year Benefits: On-the-job training Paid time off Paid training Application Question(s): For Insurance purposes are you over 24 Years old?
