Tow Dispatchers Job description: We are looking for dependable and professional Tow Dispatchers to join our team We currently have two shifts available Full-Time Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:30 PM Part-Time Saturdays 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM . Requirements: MUST be familiar with the Brockton area and local roads Prior dispatch experience preferred Good computer skills Strong customer service skills Patient and able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to handle constructive feedback and challenging situations professionally MUST pass a Massachusetts State Police CORI check Duties include, but are not limited to: Communicating with various police departments Taking information from customers and insurance companies Releasing customers' vehicles Dispatching calls to drivers Keeping track of daily activities and inventory Other duties as needed Please apply in person at: 26 Knapp Center, Brockton, MA 508-586-7577 Or email us at office@lynchstowing.com Please come prepared to discuss your experience and availability.
