What’s The Job? Title: Tool Room Attendant Location: Dayton, Ohio Salary: up to $24.13 Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00a - 5:30p What’s in it for me? Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily: Team member must be able to work and direct personnel in a team-oriented and safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures. Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to, scheduling, record keeping and inventory control of all aspects of the tool room. Must have working knowledge of tool and parts usage. Effectively communicate with supervisor and customer to accomplish assigned tasks and develop sound customer relations. Maintain adherence to published work schedule and be available to work overtime as required by the demands of the job. Must be able to keep track of information to keep business and supply chains on schedule. Must be capable of performing computer work in Excel, Word, and other software as needed to perform the job. Maintain communication with supervisor regarding unresolved work issues, personnel issues, and employee complaints. Perform other work as defined by company and/or customer. Ensures compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures. Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning. Communications with all team members to assist the development of short- and long-range planning in assist of the company’s goals and objectives Meet physical requirements of the job. Physical requirements of the job will be provided to you prior to employment. Perform assigned tasks in a safety, effective, and efficient manner.
