KMR Delivery SolutionsWhat You'll Do Load, secure, haul and unload construction and material handling equipment, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, telehandlers and skid steers Operate equipment on and off the deck safely in tight job sites, yards and loading areasSecure every load to NSC Standard 10 cargo securement requirements using chains, binders, straps and edge protection Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DVIRs) to NSC Standard 13 and keep hours-of-service logs current Handle bills of lading, delivery paperwork and customer sign-offs accurately Keep dispatch updated on ETAs, site conditions and any issues on the road Represent KMR professionally on customer sites, with a safety-first attitudeKeep the truck and deck clean, organized and road-ready What You Bring Required Valid Manitoba Class 1 or Class 3 licence with Air Brake Endorsement Current driver's abstract, submitted with your application 2+ years hauling equipment on a tilt deck, float, rollback or similar unit Hands-on operating experience with scissor lifts, boom lifts (articulating and telescopic), forklifts, telehandlers and skid steers Solid working knowledge of cargo securement Confidence maneuvering a loaded truck in tight urban sites Assets Forklift or aerial work platform operator certification Strong knowledge of Winnipeg and rural Manitoba roads Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs) Grade 12 or equivalent What We Offer Benefits plan and eligible after 3 months Cell phone allowance monthly Company-provided PPE and branded workwear Steady weekday schedule A growing company where good drivers get noticed Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 70.0 per week Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Life insurance On-site parking Vision care Work Location: In person
